2. In short

This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools and no advertising services. Fonts are loaded from our own server; there is no connection to Google or other third parties. We only process personal data where this is necessary to run the website and to answer your enquiries.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the website, the server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, and browser type and operating system.

This data is technically required to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation). Log files are stored only for a short period and then deleted or anonymised. We have concluded a data processing agreement with IONOS under Art. 28 GDPR.

4. SSL/TLS encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” and the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.

5. Contact form, email and phone

If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the details you provide (e.g. name, brand, email address, phone number and the content of your message) in order to handle your enquiry. Details from the contact form are sent to us by email and are not stored in a database.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We delete your data once it is no longer needed to handle your enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial or tax law) apply.

6. Storing your language choice

On your first visit we direct you to the German (kizuba.de) or English version (kizuba.com) based on your browser's language setting. Your language choice is saved in your browser's local storage (“localStorage”, entry kz_lang with the value “de” or “en”) so that you are not redirected again on later visits. No personal data is sent to us. This storage is strictly necessary to provide the display you requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete the entry at any time in your browser settings.

7. Links to other websites

This website contains a link to LinkedIn. You are only taken to LinkedIn when you click the link; no data is transmitted to LinkedIn beforehand. Data processing on LinkedIn is governed by the privacy policy of LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company.

8. Your rights

Within the limits of the law, you have the right at any time to:

• have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR)
• have data erased (Art. 17 GDPR)
